Straight from the heart of Hollywood, KTLA launches a unique opportunity for filmmakers: the INDIE PROFILES. Filmmakers are encouraged to send in their films for consideration. If your film is chosen, we will show a clip on the KTLA Morning News, and the entire film will be posted on the KTLA website on the INDIE PROFILES webpage as well as a picture and bio of you, the filmmaker. The KTLA website gets over one million unique hits per month, and our Morning News has an audience of 152,000 per quarter hour. This is a unique opportunity to be seen by countless industry professionals, don’t miss out! Remember, the film must adhere to strict broadcast standards which include no nudity, no profanity and no gratuitous violence. The Series strives to actively offer exposure to the brightest filmmakers in every genre of film through on air coverage as well as promotion over KTLA.com. We wish to provide support in creating a future for otherwise unknown and new filmmakers. We believe bringing to light the personal challenges, successes, and commitment of these artists will serve to enhance not only these individuals’ lives but also the quality of the film industry itself by offering a fresh generation of creativity and entertainment.
